Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and count product raw materials.
∎ Manage inventory by recording deliveries and stock levels daily.
∎ Examine the levels of supplies for raw material to determine shortages and provide requisition for smooth production.
∎ Receive and dispatch finished products.
∎ Time to time update stock register.
∎ Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems and solve them.
∎ Propose strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
∎ Administer and process all petty cash transactions within the parameters of company policies and procedures.
∎ Receive, issue receipts and deposits all cheques collected from external and internal clients.
∎ Prepare vouchers related to various expenses.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 1-2 years relevant experience is preferred
∎ Excellent knowledge in MS Excel
∎ Result-oriented and customer focused
∎ Ability to work under stress
