Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong Analytical and Reporting Skill to work with higher management.
∎ Should have capability to lead a team.
∎ Should have a clear concept on logistics and shipping.
∎ Communicating with Head Office Logistics team for proper logistics support as per company SOP.
∎ Coordinating with factories and forwarder to ensure on time shipment booking & handing over the goods as soon inspection done.
∎ Arranging Shipment approval through forwarder as well as Head Office Logistics team to hand the goods on time.
∎ Checking the documents initially and sending to Head Office Logistics team to get the final approval for Bank presentation.
∎ Checking L/C draft & confirm the terms and conditions of the LC to make it workable as per goods origin.
∎ Follow up with factories & to get ensure on time presentation of correct shipping documents for Bank negotiation and to collect the docs sending courier no.
∎ Coordinate with Head Office Finance team for on time payment to suppliers.
∎ Reporting Head Office Finance Team and Logistics Team on timely manner
∎ Update all respective shipment and docs records to provide information to Finance Team & Merchant Team.
∎ Creating Container Document through 1C to ASN Portal.
∎ Update “Nexus Portal” about shipment information of the goods in regular manner
∎ Regular follow-up with courier companies for incoming/ outgoing parcel.
∎ Regular follow-up with C & F agents for clearing the incoming parcel.
∎ For the enrolment of new suppliers arranging necessary documents from suppliers to make a new contract.
∎ Others Related works as assign the management time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent in English with good communication skill
∎ Must have solid understanding on logistics and Shipping
∎ Should be passionate with strong team spirit
