∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 07 years of work experience as a Logistics Engineer or a related field.
∎ Proven experience in construction, highway, Airport, Stadium projects. Strong knowledge with understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to speak in Chinese & English to communicate independently with higher management.
∎ If candidate has an educational background in mainland China, it would be preferable.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have work experience as Logistics Engineer/ project engineer/ supply chain management/ construction material procurement also Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain plans for construction and highway projects.
∎ Review and analyze project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
∎ Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
∎ Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve technical challenges and ensure project quality.
∎ Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies to facilitate smooth project execution.
∎ Implement and manage logistics technology solutions, such as transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
∎ Must be able to conduct effective training utilize machines & manpower properly to minimize cost and increase efficiency.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
