∎ NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post of Logistics Coordinator for employment with our prospective clients working in oil and gas industry.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keeping track of material movements and ensure smooth flow of materials by providing and circulating track records of materials in shipping stage.
∎ Organizing the filling of incoming and outgoing shipment documents of materials and retrieve those as and when required basis.
∎ Ensure archiving and retrieval activities of department al files to Professional Archive Service provider as instructed by the users.
∎ Providing logistics input to export Import issue as and when required basis.
∎ Providing assistance to Logistics Coordinators to make ready the import permits in respect to typing shipment information and secretarial supports etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong MS-Office skill especially in Excel.
∎ Effective communication skill.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Dominant work schedule will be 5 days on/ 2 days off basis. Work Schedule may vary as per Company`s requirement. Yearly two annual allowance/ bonus. Cell phone allowance. Group life Insurance coverage. Hospitalization Insurance coverage.
