Educational Requirements:
∎ University degree in one of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Production/Industrial Engineering, management and data science-related topics. Education or academic contact with field specifically related to humanitarian logistics are considered an advantage.

Job Context:
∎ Contract Type : Service Contract
∎ Contract Duration : 12 months

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and assist the implementation of capacity strengthening activities in Cox's Bazar and, whenever needed, elsewhere, both classroom and practical modalities.
∎ Be the main facilitator of training activities held in Bangla and support the training team in developing tailored training to the Bangladeshi context.
∎ Support on the design of information and guidance material for partners.
∎ Lead the preparation of support structures for training activities in a timely manner.
∎ Represent the Logistics Sector in internal and external training or workshops.
∎ In close collaboration with the operation support lead, support the development and implementation of the Logistics Sector preparedness activities for monsoon and cyclone seasons.
∎ Support the development of risk and gap analysis exercises, identify priority actions and provide bilateral support to partners in the implementation of preparedness activities.
∎ Provide support on the attraction of local organizations to preparedness and coordination activities.
∎ Implement the identification/assessment and prioritization of key logistics bottlenecks and gaps impeding the delivery of essential assistance by the humanitarian community.
∎ Raise awareness of the Logistics Sector mandate and contribute to advocacy activities in the area and support with local authorities liaison.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years of work experiences with minimum of 3 years of experience in in logistics and humanitarian operations and/or information management
∎ Past experience with training activities is considered an advantage.
∎ The successful candidate should be able to work in a multi-cultural team. S/he should have good problem-solving skills, ability to exercise autonomous and unsupervised operations management, familiarity with field operations and a particular interest in logistics and learning.
∎ Fluency in English is mandatory, Bangla Native Speake

Salary: Tk. 103091 (Monthly)
