Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules.
∎ Liaise with clients and healthcare providers to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
∎ Collect and deliver medical samples between healthcare providers, clients, and the lab.
∎ Ensure proper handling, packaging, and documentation of all samples received.
∎ Maintain accurate records of pickups and deliveries.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of samples.
∎ Adhere to health, safety, and confidentiality protocols.
