∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Logistics Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide effective supervision and support of 24/7 dispatch operation.
∎ Ensure delivery of all the material according to invoice and issue inward and outward gate pass of delivery for any products.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of the stocks to inbound/outbound customers as per the given allocation from the managers following the company procedure.
∎ Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report.
∎ Ensure negotiation with the transport vendors and maximize company interest.
∎ Communicate with the clients and ensure product delivery as per schedule.
∎ Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers.
∎ Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
∎ Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Demonstrated interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate effectively, influence and work well with others in a culturally diverse organization.
∎ Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple assignments at once.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
∎ Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
∎ Ability to keep company confidences.
