Job Context:
∎ National Energy Services Limited (NESL) a company incorporated in Bangladesh provides a wide range of services for employment of National and Expatriate personnel to Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, Power and Construction sectors in Bangladesh.
∎ One of our prospective client working in infrastructure projects in Bangladesh is looking for services for the mentioned position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reports to the PRM Construction Manager and Logistic Manager is responsible for supporting logistic manger for purchasing activities form pre award chase to delivers at site Assist Logistic manager for freight / logistic agreements for the project and monitors delivery status.
∎ Supporting logistic manager to establish site logistic plane including out not limited to temporary road plants equipments and others Support logistic manager to implement and coordinate logistic plane for daily construction activities.
∎ Supporting logistic managers to coordinate with relevant authority for traffic and logistic adjacent to the construction site.
∎ Provide information for available local equipment & plant for construction activity. Support logistic manager to coordinate with relevant authority for traffic and logistic adjacent to the construction site.
∎ Provide information for available local equipment & plant for construction activity.
∎ Coordinate and implement disposal process of waste form construction site
∎ Support logistic manager for pre-award bid activities .
∎ Support logistic manager to establish freght terms for the project
∎ Support logistic manager to establish standard freight/ logistic agreement for the project
∎ Support logistic manager to provide traffic and logistic support for specific material and equipment
∎ Support logistic manager to obtain appropriate approval for air shipment
∎ Support logistic manager to provide for international consideration as necessary
∎ Support logistic manger to ensure adequate tracking and reporting systems are in place.
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the management as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: More than 4 years experience in corresponding field
∎ Additional requirement: Familiar with various construction methods and materials their characteristics installation procedures and tolerances
∎ Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite of programs
∎ English written and oral communications required
