Job Context:
∎ EkkBaz is looking for a Logistic and Wearhouse Manager located in Jatrabari to join the team. He will be a pillar on the team focus on warehousing systems, logistics, supply chain and distribution Sales for EkkBaz platform. We are looking for experienced logistic and Wearhouse Manager Specially From FMCG experienced who want to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where everyone`s efforts are valued.

∎ Workplace: Work at depo, Wearhouse
∎ Reporting to: Director
∎ Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure accurate receiving, product picking, and shipping of stock
∎ Responsible for distribution center, hubs manpower, training, resource planning
∎ Set up and manage DSR team management for smooth delivery and pickups ( RTO & Reverse ) across all area.
∎ Oversee warehouse management system to ensure on time delivery and collection
∎ Logistics Startup operations, planning, and strategy, and project execution (warehouse operation, Vehicle movement, Automotive Workshop, etc.)
∎ Planning, designing and implementing logistics automation and R&D projects; Providing support and insight into significant logistical changes (e.g., automated loading/unloading, warehousing, stock movement, outbound logistics, etc.)
∎ Developing strategic logistics plans and assessing logistics performance, aligning processes, resources-planning, and achieving Logistical goals (KPI: will be added once Selected)
∎ Educate and train subordinates in making effective decisions through a data-driven decision-making process.
∎ Logistics-focused innovative software implementation and developing existing software solutions.
∎ Planning for national logistics network expansion and enhancing distribution methodology.
∎ Monitoring and measuring Logistics KPIs, process monitoring, measuring, and improvement strategy.
∎ Inventory optimization-Cutting down wastage and unnecessary expenditures to minimize transportation and holding costs.
∎ Working closely with key personnel to execute plans and policies.
∎ Knowledge of warehousing systems, logistics, supply chain, and distribution Sales.
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bangla
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have previous experience in similar positions in other company.
∎ Candidates having MBA/MS with specialized certification in logistics/supply chain management will be given preference.
∎ Skilled in any Software, Transport & Fleet Management software.
∎ Skills in Business Intelligence and Data Analysis software.
∎ Effective in Written & Verbal communication.
∎ Vehicle management & Optimization (Automotive Workshop knowledge).
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Supply Chain Management
