Job Context:
∎ In order to create efficient and quality technologists for the Country, Saic Group operates Saic Institute of Medical Technology (SIMT). In the first year of its journey; all the approved seats were filled up. Later, the numbers of seats were increased gradually in the 2006-2007 academic year. Currently, in 2018-19 academic years; eleven (11) divisions and 779 seats have been upgraded. The Institution has its own 10-storey building and digital campus with all the modern and international quality facilities which is rare in this country. In the last few years, SIMT has become one of the best medical institutes among the private and public institutes. Diploma in Medical Technology course has been introduced in SIMT for creating skilled and qualified medical technicians (technologists).
∎ The main task of a Lecturer is to assist the Vice-Principal and Principal in managing the institution and promoting the education of learners to agreed standards. The post holder must have to undertake other delegated responsibilities when required other than taking regular theoretical and practical classes. The needs, context, and socio-economic circumstances of the institution will be taken into account when the core job responsibilities are determined. The role encompasses course planning, course design and development, course delivery, selection of educational resources, assessment, students` learning outcomes, and course evaluation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Coordinate and guide the Students of his own class
∎ • Check the Lesson Plan if it is done according to the Syllabus and present the same to the section in-charge for approval
∎ • Counsel to the Guardians/ Parents as and when required
∎ • Organize different Annual Programs (Science Fair, Cultural Program, Debates etc.)
∎ • Take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the Institution
∎ • Take initiatives against any sort of disciplined activities by any of the subordinates or students
∎ • Supervise the Teacher - Parents meeting and Result Day
∎ • Counsel Parents/Guardians regarding their children's problems
∎ • Conduct theoretical & Practical Classes as per Syllabus and SAIC Management
∎ • Motivate and Counsel the students and their parents/guardians through follow-up to ensure 85% class attendance and to reduce dropout
∎ • Facilitate in-house skill training for the teaching staff
∎ • Assist Department Head as per his/ her needed
∎ • Prepare weekly attendance report and submit to the Course Coordinator
∎ • Prepare lesson plan and semester plan at the beginning of the subject
∎ • Positive willingness for Team work & Hardworking
∎ • To arranged industrial attachment training & Industrial tour for students
∎ • Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ • At least One (1) year experience as a Instructor/ Teacher/ Lecturer in a formal Educational Institution
∎ • Age 25 to 35 years
