∎ Monowara Anowara Medical Assistant Training School (MATS) is operated directly by the Saic Group. It is approved by Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB), affiliated with the Department of Health and the State Medical Faculty of Bangladesh. The Institution has been running successfully since 2010.
∎ The main objective of the organization is to educate the students through higher education through hands-on learning. It is playing a major role in educating the underprivileged and disadvantaged students of Dinajpur and North Bengal with higher education and transforming them into skilled human resources.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct theoretical & Practical Classes as per Rajshashi Medical University Approved Syllabus and as per the instructions of the College
∎ To motivate and Counsel the students and their parents/guardians to ensure 85% class attendance and to reduce dropout
∎ To facilitate in-house skill training for the teaching staffs
∎ To assist Head of the department as per his needs
∎ To prepare weekly attendance report and submit to Assistant Coordinator
∎ To prepare lesson plans & semester plan at the beginning of the subject
∎ Must be a Team player & Hardworking
∎ To arrange industrial attachment, training, & Industrial tours for students
∎ To monitor students as guide teacher
∎ To conduct theoretical as well as practical classes
∎ Any other duties assigned time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
