Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from any recognized institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform academic, non-academic, and social duties with creativity, alongside the assistant trainer and administration.
∎ Develop, plan, and conduct training activities.
∎ Implement training activities effectively.
∎ Develop training objectives, select training methods, and evaluate training results.
∎ Receive duties and assignments from the Supervisor.
∎ Conduct lab classes as per instruction.
∎ Supervise and administer all clinical activities and work with caregiver trainees.
∎ Teach trainees how to perform duties at the clinical site and address their questions.
∎ Direct, manage, and evaluate trainees' learning in the clinical setting.
∎ Evaluate trainees' development of clinical reasoning skills.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
