Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in CSE, PhD in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of the on-going projects at Company including Planning, Implementation and Evaluation.
∎ Maintaining quality of Products and providing pertinent advisory services.
∎ Performing work process analysis and suggesting subsequent enhancement and implementation.
∎ Assisting in close coordination between different sectors of the systems and ensuring a user-centric design of the products.
∎ Analyzing and developing the internal and external interfaces of systems.
∎ Coordinating and ensuring communication with clients, partners and other stakeholders involved in the assignment.
∎ Ensuring that the reporting deadlines are met, and quality of the reports is maintained.
∎ Acting as a key person to maintain the internal and external coordination, communications and negotiations.
∎ Ensuring operational planning and day to day management of regular field activities.
∎ Preparing all types of project reports and maintaining proper documentation.
∎ Monitoring the progress of the project in a smooth manner.
∎ Regular site visit, monitoring on field activities and proactive supports to improve quality of team performances.
∎ Organize Events, Meetings, Coordination, Communication, Conduction of project briefing to the stakeholders and make sure regular update accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company or Planning Company
∎ Specific professional experience: minimum 8 years in project management and related field
∎ Leadership/management experience: minimum 8 years of management/leadership experience as project team leader or manager in a project/ company.
∎ Experience in climate related projects will be preferred.
∎ Experience with Govt. projects will be preferred.
∎ Understanding of the development planning practice in Bangladesh will be an added advantage.
∎ Previous work experience with BPC will be an added advantage.
