∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Architecture, Auto CAD Designing, Engineers, Fire Safety Training, Installation/ Erection, Mechanical Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Fire Fighting and Safety

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, Installation and Technical support on fire protection-detection system.
∎ Provide leadership and monitoring all staff and activities.
∎ Lead field team during site data collection and inspection visit.
∎ Commissioning of fire pump and full system as per NFPA rules.
∎ Candidate must have IEB Membership.
∎ Provide updates and training on different technical issue regarding fire system.
∎ Maintain good client relationship.
∎ Converses inter department relation concerning technical issue.
∎ Provide material requisition as per requirement.
∎ Ensuring proper utilization of man, machine and equipment.
∎ Provide good support to design team.
∎ Project Coordination.
∎ Site Monitoring.
∎ To provide drawing and design for electrical single line diagram.
∎ To provide load calculation for Industrial zone.
∎ To provide drawing and design by Auto CAD.
∎ To provide drawing and design for Lighting Protection System (LPS)
∎ To be able to calculate load as per rules of BNBC and NFPA.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Candidates should be experienced on Accord/ Alliance guidelines
∎ Minimum 3-7 years working experience on Fire Protection system, Design and Installation.
∎ Familiar with BNBC and NFPA-72,15,14,70 fire Code.
∎ Sound knowledge on hydraulic calculation and expert in using hydraulic calculation software.
∎ Skilled in fire pump operation and troubleshooting.
∎ Must have knowledge on Auto CAD and skill on fire system drawing.
∎ Must have good communication ability over English and capable to handle foreigners over phone.
∎ Good presentation skill and personality.
∎ Must have good command on Microsoft excel, Word and Power Points.

Salary: Negotiable
