Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
∎ Master of Science (MSc), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering
∎ Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Electrical, IPE or Environmental) or M.Sc. in any basic science subject
∎ Must have certified Lead Auditor training on at least one ISO standard
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Lead Auditor,ISO 9001:2015,IATF 16949
∎ Skills Required: AUDIT AND INSPECTION, ISO 9001:2015, Quality Management System
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AUDIT AND INSPECTION, Certified lead auditor in Compliance will be preferred, ISO 9001:2015, Quality Management System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a person for multi-tasking with capability to conduct management system audits; business enhance; implement and maintain the requirements of ISO.
∎ Certified as Lead Auditor on ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, and ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 50001 and many more standards.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Translating the Quality Policy into an effective Quality Management System.
∎ Verify that approved quality system procedures are implement, and where necessary, complementary procedures are raised, updated, and controlled.
∎ Coordinate ISO registration & certification activities and external surveillance audits. Develop and maintain all manuals, forms & other documents as per the requirements of relevant ISO standards.
∎ Assist in implementing ISO standards (ISO 9001: 2015)/ IATF 16949.
∎ Ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained (ISO 9001:2015).
∎ Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
∎ Ensure corrective and preventive actions are issued, implemented, verified and closed within set timeframes & Review ISO corrective actions / preventative actions (CAPAs).
∎ To make sure, non-conformities, all follow-up actions are listed on the appropriate non-conformity log and corrective actions are assigned to the appropriate party.
∎ Taking minutes and producing a report for the management review meetings.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Computer Skill, Fast Typing Skill, Good Communication Skill (Bangla, English), Leadership and Interpersonal Skills, Time Management Skills
