Job Context:
∎ Certification Required:
∎ VCA, VCP (Data Center Virtualization), MCSE, AWS practitioner (preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ • Manage/lead/mentor Wintel & Virtualization domain
∎ • Define, build and maintain in good operational conditions complex technical environments with respect to SLAs.
∎ • Passion for learning new things, building relationships and working on a team
∎ • Liaison with customer, understand the requirements and convert it to technical deliveries.
∎ Technical Skills required:
∎ • Hands on Experience on Windows server (2012,1016,2019) Administration, role configuration, cluster setup, performance tuning, log analysis & troubleshooting
∎ • Hands on experience on Microsoft enterprise application stack (AD, Exchange, SCCM, SCVMM, Heper-V, o365, ADFS, ADRMS)
∎ • Hands on experience on ESXi server, installation, configuration, administration, performance tuning, log analysis & troubleshooting
∎ • Experience on Install, Configure & Manage VMware vSphere 5.5, 6.0, 6.5,6.7 ESXi Infrastructure.
∎ • Hands on experience on VMware Horizon view 7, 10.x (VDI)
∎ • Good knowledge on blade servers: Dell, HP, Huawei
∎ • Scripting skills – shell, batch, PowerShell, etc.
∎ • Good knowledge on networking & storage technology
∎ Soft Skills required:
∎ • Skill in using analytics, logic and reasoning to troubleshoot issues and find the best solutions to overcome challenges
∎ • Promoting Process Improvement
∎ • Flexibility in work in night shifts
∎ • Must have a passion for providing excellent support to all types of users as well as impeccable verbal and written communication skills
∎ • Must possess organizational proficiencies to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
∎ • Must be a team player and have the ability to interact with multiple levels of personnel within the organization
∎ • Must be highly motivated, self-starting, and committed to achieving results and have a strong sense of ownership and follow-through to resolution
∎ • Must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to come up with creative and flexible solutions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

Salary: Tk. 90000 - 150000 (Monthly)
