• Basic understanding of laundry procedures and equipment.

• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

• Physically able to stand for long periods and handle laundry loads.

• Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and quality.

• Prior experience in laundry operations is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.

• Work may involve lifting heavy linen loads and standing for extended periods.

1. Sort laundry items according to fabric type, color, and washing requirements.

2. Operate laundry equipment such as washing machines, dryers, and ironing machines safely.

3. Wash, dry, press, and fold linens, uniforms, towels, and other fabrics.

4. Ensure proper use of detergents, chemicals, and cleaning agents.

5. Inspect laundry items for stains or damage and report issues to the supervisor.

6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.

7. Follow hygiene, safety, and company policies while handling laundry items.

8. Deliver clean laundry items to designated departments or storage areas.

9. Assist in inventory control of laundry supplies when required.
