∎ Minimum 4-8 years of working experience in last mile operations.
∎ Proven track record in delivering P&L performance.
∎ Commercial acumen to drive profitability in last mile operations.
∎ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
∎ Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple geographies.
∎ Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics, especially last mile delivery.
∎ Proficient in English (verbal and written) and skilled in Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee end-to-end last mile delivery operations for timely and efficient order delivery.
∎ Ensure adoption of robust processes with support from the Regional Operations Excellence team.
∎ Design and implement efficient delivery routes and optimize resource utilization.
∎ Collaborate with the Strategy & Planning team for resource management.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
∎ Drive operational and cost efficiency, P&L performance, strategic planning and budgeting.
∎ Facilitate best practice sharing among 5 countries to maximize efficiency.
