Job Context:
∎ National Energy Services Limited (NESL) a company incorporated in Bangladesh provides a wide range of services for employment of National and Expatriate personnel to Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, Power and Construction sectors in Bangladesh.
∎ One of our prospective client working in infrastructure projects in Bangladesh is looking for services for the mentioned position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Position Description: Reports to construction Engineer/ Construction Manger/ Landscape Engineer regarding foreman and labor’s Performance site activities.
∎ Construction supervisor attend a supervisory Orientation Program before their supervisory responsible are assigned.
∎ This program provides supervisors with and instruction to supervisory management it also provides an explanation to their responsibilities and the duties required to properly manage craft personal.
∎ Supervisor and monitor daily/ activities of hard landscape works such as surveying layout for concrete work. Rebar fixing form installation, concrete placing paying establishing planter box waterproofing etc.
∎ Supervisor and monitor daily activities of soft landscape works such as planning soiling etc.
∎ Report labors productivity information to landscape Engineer/ Construction engineer and /or construction manager.
∎ Coordinate with personal such as purchase warehouse personal regarding various materials for construction activity to proceed daily construction activity.
∎ Monitor and supervise daily allocation of manpower
∎ Prepare proper working condition and situation to proceed daily construction activity
∎ Conduct various activity regarding daily construction activities by instruction of construction engineer and/ or construction manger.
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the management as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 3 years experience in corresponding field
∎ Familiar with various construction methods and materials
∎ Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite of programs
∎ English written and oral communications required

Salary: Negotiable
