Job Context:
∎ National Energy Services Limited (NESL) a company incorporated in Bangladesh provides a wide range of services for employment of National and Expatriate personnel to Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, Power and Construction sectors in Bangladesh.
∎ One of our prospective client working in infrastructure projects in Bangladesh is looking for services for the mentioned position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reports to project Construction manager site Construction Manager Maintains direct daily contact with subcontractor’s representatives Craft supervisor and other project field staff. Responsible for the protection and promotion of the project interest
∎ Job Planning Create material handling and site utilization plans for specific areas Coordinate with project Engineer and Office Engineer’s on material need RFLS etc.
∎ Schedule Participate in the project schedule Maintain Week Schedule for his/ her area.
∎ Coordinate and supervisor Company work force in his / her area
∎ Monitor field variations and keep the project Superintendent informed of these changesEnsure that Subcontractor understand job schedule and make every effort to meet them
∎ Review manpower requirements relative to meeting Current job progress, schedule follow –up for timely delivery of materials to meet established schedules.
∎ Coordinate work among the various trades and Supervise and direct the work of the line and grade crews.
∎ Monitor the work to assure good quality control , and to make certain that work conforms to all plans and specification
∎ Material Receiving –Be sure that material received is properly inspected for quantity and quality . and that the receiving tickets are properly signed and coded and given to the jobsite administrator
∎ Maintain project Logs
∎ Other duties as delegated by the Building Construction Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: More than 10 years experience in corresponding field
∎ Familiar with various construction methods and materials their characteristics installation procedures and tolerances
∎ Landscape Engineer should have experience in hard & soft Landscape woks including but not limit to Planter box, paving and planting His responsibility includes coordination relevant trades such as Rc structure, waterproofing M&E works especially for exterior lighting and other.
∎ Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite of programs
∎ English written and oral communications required
