∎ Strong knowledge of land registration procedures, land laws, deeds of agreement, Parcha, Mouza maps, and mutations.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Strong communication skills for liaising with external parties, including government agencies and legal entities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate digital survey equipment, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
∎ Prepare layout designs, fly level measurements, plot surveys, topographic and built surveys, and compare Mauza maps using digital survey tools.
∎ Perform pre and post-construction level checks, area calculations, and produce detailed survey reports.
∎ Maintain precise and comprehensive survey records, including field notes, legal descriptions, and maps, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Collaborate effectively with government agencies, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and legal adherence.
∎ Assist in land registration processes, handling documents like deeds, Parcha, Mouza maps, mutations, and agreements.·
∎ Prepare and present survey findings in formats suitable for project teams and management.
∎ Utilize AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and other office applications to produce accurate reports, designs, and data visualizations.
∎ Be willing to take on additional assignments as directed by the department head or honorable management authority.
