∎ Bachelor/Master Degree from any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain good public relation and have vast knowledge about prospective landowners.
∎ To communicate with the potential landowners and arrange meeting independently.
∎ To perform land sourcing, proposal preparation, submission and ensure land procurement.
∎ Responsible for project highlighting and negotiating with clients.
∎ Adequate knowledge on land approval matters, calculation of land properties, registration rules, Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc. regarding land procurement.
∎ Capable of doing feasibility study regarding procurement of land.
∎ Convincing capacity of handling various issues with Land owners.
∎ To perform any other activities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

Salary: Negotiable
