Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be 3 years diploma in medical technologist (Lab) under Bangladesh state medical faculty.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare patients and perform specimen collection, labeling, storage, transportation and testing, reporting and delivery of reports.
∎ Maintain equipment and ensure purchasing of lab reagent with proper stock of reagent.
∎ Maintain health and safety regulations- infection prevention and waste disposal practives.
∎ Organize reporting, recording and interpretation of results.
∎ Each & every test performed in the laboratory must be followed by standard operating procedure (SOP) of the different tests.
∎ Carry out other related duties as and when assigned by the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 2 years of practical experience in pathological examination from a pathologica laboratory of a recognized institution.
∎ Good report writing, laboratory management skills.
∎ Knowledge and experience of primary healthcare principles and management.
∎ Proper working knowledge of Bengali and English (both spoken and written)
∎ Knowledge in good computer skill.
