Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical Technology (Laboratory Medicine) & must be registered with the State Medical Faculty of Bangladesh.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving, processing and analyzing samples.
∎ Conducting tests on samples and experimental processes.
∎ Using, cleaning and maintaining various types of equipment.
∎ Adhere to the administrative and technical procedures in the laboratory.
∎ To record the receipt and results of all laboratory specimens and to ensure timely delivery of rapid test results conducted.
∎ Collect and supply laboratory data as required.
∎ Strictly follow health and safety procedures and protocols
∎ Identify possible improvements of laboratory services.
∎ Responsible for monthly lab request requisition and ensure sufficient supply of laboratory reagents and materials
∎ Maintain laboratory stock control register
∎ IPC Management
∎ Ensure proper donning and doffing of PPE items as needed
∎ Conduct proper triage, early recognition and source control
∎ Supervise instrument processing
∎ Monitor waste management in the hospital
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least (3) years' relevant experience in a laboratory
∎ Willing to work in Health Post in camp setting
∎ Previous experience of international organization is an advantage.
∎ Computer skills: Microsoft word, Excel, Power point
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
