∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Experiences of laboratory testing in Civil Engineering Laboratory.
∎ Knowledge of all international & local standard and specifications of construction field.§ Knowledge about sub-soil investigation & testing.
∎ Familiar with water, ground and soil monitoring techniques.
∎ Able to apply appropriate testing method for testing materials.
∎ Adaptable to different projects and project teams.
∎ A good communicator with the ability to not only lead but also work as part of a team.
∎ Ability to organize, plan, and strategize on laboratory testing and reporting.
∎ Problem-solving skills to quickly address issues that arise on-site.
∎ Familiar with local testing agencies / institutes to carry out different tests for 3rd party verification.
∎ Capable of dealing with multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Proficient in MS Office including MS Project, ERP software, AutoCAD and other relevant software for testing and analysis.
∎ Should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operating standard construction material laboratory testing equipment.
∎ Performing analysis or calculations to check accuracy of test data.
∎ Accurately performing various construction material tests in accordance with applicable standards.
∎ Cleaning, maintaining and calibrating equipment.
∎ Preparing all QC Laboratory documents like work procedures, Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Quality Assurance Program (QAP), Checklist, formats required for carrying out project specific activities and testing as per project specifications and codes of practice.
∎ Coordinating with contractors for the field-testing, pre and post concrete inspection and obtaining approval.
∎ Hands on skill in field & lab tests of all types of construction materials / products, i.e., soil test, fresh & hard concrete, water, steel, glass etc.
∎ Maintaining the lab record of reading and field observations, for calculating and reference purposes.
∎ Preparing the standard chemicals and solutions required for field testing of samples and maintaining the laboratory clean and tidy.
∎ Keeping an accurate record and electronic data base of all elements of the projects.
∎ Making sure that all health, safety and legal requirements are met throughout the process.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the superior authority.
