∎ Experiences of Quantity Surveying in reputed Civil Engineering Firm / Real Estate Companies.
∎ Strong technical background in civil construction.
∎ Deep knowledge of construction materials and methodologies.
∎ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
∎ Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to organize, plan, and strategize on cost management.
∎ Ability to read people and tailor negotiation strategies.
∎ Great networking abilities.§ Highly collaborative spirit and be a team player.
∎ Problem-solving skills to quickly address issues that arise on-site.
∎ Proficiency in measurement tools / techniques / software know-how.
∎ Capable of dealing with multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Proficient in MS Office including MS Project, AutoCAD and ERP software.
∎ Should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
∎ Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
∎ Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
∎ Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
∎ Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
∎ Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
∎ Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
∎ Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
∎ Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
∎ Measurement & bill preparation for acceptance from the client / owner.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the superior authority.
