Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate team tasks and monitor daily workflow
2. Handle client communication via email, WhatsApp, and calls
3. Schedule and lead team meetings; document action items
4. Track project progress and report to the founder
5. Prepare weekly operational reports
6. Support social media and brand communication coordination
