Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Diploma in Computer/Electrical/Power Engineering or in a relevant field from a reputed polytechnic institute

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment/instruments and preserve the documentation as well
∎ Maintain lab inventory
∎ Troubleshoot technical and analytical problems
∎ Calibrate measurement and instrumentation of equipment on a regular basis to ensure their accuracy
∎ Deliver the components required for the experiment
∎ Provide technical support to the students during lab sessions
∎ Help in any auditing process of laboratory components
∎ Proper maintenance of log sheets of different instruments in the lab
∎ Provide administrative support to the department as and when necessary
∎ Any other relevant duty assigned by the Supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Professional experience in the relevant field will be preferred
∎ Proficiency in operation and maintenance of relevant laboratory equipment
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (MS word, Excel) and the use of the Internet
∎ Proficiency in relevant laboratory software
∎ Capability to function independently with little or no supervision
∎ Ability to communicate with students and faculty members in an appropriate manner
