∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Microbiology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Health Technology (Laboratory Medicine)

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 03 years working experience as Lab In-charge in Hospital/ Diagnostic Center is mandatory.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to adapt easily and quickly to change.
∎ Must be Computer skill especially in MS Word, MS Excel and Internet Browsing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provides clinical guidance and regularly reports on clinical activities to the management.
∎ Oversee work schedules for lab. Technicians on a daily basis to ensure proper coverage.
∎ Inventory Management and Budget: Keep track of lab tools, materials, and ensure availability of necessary components and budget preparation for smooth lab activities.
∎ Lab Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure the lab is clean, organized, and all safety protocols are strictly followed during sessions.
∎ Oversee Organizing the leaves and vacations to ensure an enduring lab coverage.
∎ To ensure proper guidance to lab technicians in their daily tasks and monitoring their performance on a regular basis.
∎ Checking all the instruments are working properly & take necessary steps for trouble shooting.
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in hospital or Diagnosis center are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Any other task assigned by management
∎ All other job responsibility will be given at the time of joining.
∎ Job Context:
∎ Duties: 6 days in a week.
∎ 12hours daily.
∎ Permanent after successful completion of 6 months probationary period.
