Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC in with chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: QC Lab,Laboratory
∎ Skills Required: good communication skill, Laboratory testing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Manufacturing (FMCG), Salt
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analytical method development and validation.
∎ Planning and execution of analytical work.
∎ Analysis of various types of salt sample (Polythene crude Salt, Black Salt, Boulder Salt, Finished Salt-Edible Salt & Industrial Salt, Brine Water) & other sample.
∎ To required testing parameter - Sodium chloride (NaCl), Calcium, Magnesium, Iodine PPM, pH, Hardness, Moisture, Insoluble matters etc.
∎ Handling & maintaining records related to analysis.
∎ Check & test the quality of incoming raw materials and product fitness as per standard
∎ Ensure brand wise chemical test of finished products
∎ Set the quality standards and to ensure quality of the products as per set-standard
∎ Handle and store laboratory equipment with safety and security
∎ Actively work with the production team and assist them for achieving high levels of
∎ quality products
∎ Keep documentation of laboratory activities for the guidance of BSCIC, Management reference purposes
∎ Anticipate problems/defects that may arise in the manufacturing process and take preparation accordingly
∎ Strictly maintain quality control methodologies to carry out analysis
∎ Prepare report on wastage issue in order to ensure minimum loss of production
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong personality, proven leadership & trouble shooting skills & have capability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be good team player and target oriented.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
