∎ Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company objectives in Bangladesh.
∎ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
∎ Managing and coordinating a team to achive there Goals
∎ Ensuring that customer service is maintained at high standards.
∎ Inventory management and controlling stock levels of the Dealer
∎ Monitoring sales and providing regular reports to the management as per market’s potential, track sales and status reports
∎ Coordinating the storage, transportation, and delivery of goods with the Dealer & the company
∎ Forecasting, information flow, and inventory security.
