Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify, onboard, and negotiate with new vendors to enhance product availability and profitability.
∎ Maintain strong vendor relationships to drive business growth and improve service levels.
∎ Conduct regular business performance and planning meetings with vendors to align goals and optimize partnerships.
∎ Make joint business plans with vendors and design product campaigns.
∎ Conduct product training sessions for store employees to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
∎ Ensure store teams are updated on new product launches, promotions, and best-selling items.
∎ Work closely with warehouse and store teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishments.
∎ Monitor inventory trends, prevent stockouts, and ensure product availability at all retail locations.
∎ Collaborate with the supply chain department to streamline product movement and resolve logistical issues.
∎ Track and analyze vendor sales performance, identifying growth opportunities and improvement areas.
∎ Align with the finance team to manage vendor payments, pricing negotiations, and reconciliation processes.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial agreements and timely vendor payouts.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager with 3 to 4 years of experience in vendor management, negotiation, business growth, e-commerce, and retail supply chain management within the pharmacy or retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, onboarding new suppliers, providing product training to store employees, coordinating stock management, and ensuring seamless collaboration with the supply chain and finance teams.
