Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Perform the Calibration activities as per approved schedule & procedure for Process, IPC & Utility services Machines & Equipment’s
∎ To Prepare the Calibration report from the raw data and ensure the Calibrated Label are affix with the Calibrated Instruments/ Devices
∎ To prepare and fix the Equipment ID. number as per SOP
∎ To Execute Thermal mapping for Autoclave, DHS, DHT, Lyophilizer, Warehouse, Stability Chamber etc.
∎ To execute the qualification/re-qualification of Facility, Utility and Equipment with report preparation
