Educational Requirements:
∎ CANDIDATES MUST HAVE OBTAINED BACHELOR'S DEGREE FROM A REPUTABLE ORGANIZATION IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING FIELDS:
∎ • Mathematics
∎ • Accounting
∎ • Supply-Chain
∎ • Business Management (BBA)
∎ Candidates with relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree in other fields will also be considered for this post.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Store Management, Store/ inventory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain actual stock of all sale-able and other products at central warehouse.
∎ Maintain safety stock of all products that the company distributes.
∎ Daily check of physical stock and maintenance of stock register and reconcile it with software stock properly.
∎ Submit the stock register of all products to higher authority in every month for approval.
∎ To ensure physical loading & unloading of all Sale-able, Promotional, Gift & other items as per requisition / order sheet from delivery department.
∎ To strictly maintain FIFO method to deliver the product.
∎ To take all necessary steps to preserve all store related papers & documents. Keep all the records properly.
∎ To supervise the work of subordinate to effectively run the store and report to higher authority.
∎ Ensure time to time pest control system.
∎ Take necessary steps to stake the products properly and keep go-down neat & clean.
∎ Discharge ISO related activities as QSP.
∎ Discharge such other functions as may be assigned to him from time to time by higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Candidate must be team-oriented.
∎ Candidate must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Must be a dynamic, highly motivated individual who is reliable and loyal to the company.
∎ Candidates should be hardworking and maintain a positive attitude.
∎ Candidate must be fully-computer literate and capable of using the full Microsoft Office Package in addition to being able to use the internet and email facilities.
