Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & arrange all necessary documents & props for executing training sessions.
∎ Prepare session modules and handouts for training participants.
∎ Prepare training budget and publish the training calendar
∎ Conduct trainings of management staffs, internal technicians, dealer staffs & technicians as per training calendar.
∎ Update training modules regularly as per demand.
∎ Assess training effectiveness and ensure use of taught skills and techniques into employees work performance & behavior.
∎ Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness regularly; prepare & submit reports.
∎ Ensure maintenance of training center tools & equipment and ensure their optimum use.
∎ Make frequent dealer visits to check/audit activities.
∎ Regularly evaluate dealer staffs & technician's performance.
∎ Execute digital apps and ensure development of product knowledge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Flexibility to travel frequently.
∎ Passion for motorcycles.
∎ Sound expertise in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
∎ High communication and social skills.
