Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors Limited provides Complete Farm Mechanization Solution to farmers by offering a wide range of agriculture machineries - Tractor, Power tiller, Diesel Engine Reaper, Mini Combine Harvester, Rice Transplanter and Water Pump.
∎ We are acquiring strong market position in Water Pump unit by providing wide range of Water Pumps for Irrational, Commercial and Domestic Uses. We have a great dealer network across the country.
∎ We are looking for experienced and competent electrical/ mechanical engineers to strengthen our after sales services.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish a Service network for Water Pump business.
∎ Ensure proper after sales service.
∎ Establish a proper service reporting system from all service staff in every month.
∎ Support technicians and ensure proper service through technicians.
∎ Ensure door to door service support.
∎ Work closely with sales team and maintain good relationships with customers.
∎ Accept any special tasks outside normal duties and uphold image of the division as well as of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willingness to move anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to ride Motorcycle.
