∎ HSC in any discipline or Diploma in Mechanical / Automobiles from a reputed university will be highly preferred.

∎ Age 20 to 26 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with HoD of Transport dept. to determine transport requirements and schedule transport.
∎ Coordinate the movement of vehicles and other transportation assets;
∎ Ensure the appropriate use, maintenance and repair of all vehicles
∎ Keep updated documents such as registration, insurance, vehicle logs, daily inspection reports, etc.
∎ Ensure sufficient supply of fuel and oil.
∎ To assist the HOD for managing the fuel requests, maintaining agreements with Filling Station and spare parts inventories;
∎ Supervise drivers.
∎ Keep record of transport related issues and prepare report as per requirement.
∎ Process documents & bills related transport Service.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when required by the Management.
