Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate degree and strong industrial experience in the related fields.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure preparation of Store Purchase Requisition (SPR)
∎ Preparation of Daily Raw Materials (spare parts, accessories, stationary items etc.) requirements
∎ To ensure goods are stored by First in First Out method (FIFO)
∎ Maintain and ensure the issuance of different items as per requisition also in FIFO
∎ To ensure preparation of MRR & MRN on time
∎ Maintain and audit Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P)
∎ Develop, manage and implement recording of the necessary data in ledger on time
∎ Ensure emergency local purchase
∎ Maintain monthly inventory and reconciliation
∎ To ensure warehouse are neat and clean.
∎ To perform any other tasks when assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in Store Management in a large manufacturing company
∎ Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
∎ Proficient in Excel, Word, Email and SAP
Salary: Negotiable
