Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deal with customer.
∎ Follow up order sheet.
∎ Follow up late materials.
∎ Make sure on time delivery.
∎ Check all the mail send by customer and response the mail as per their requirement.
∎ Create the new sample order in M-files & Inputted the QAD system.
∎ Fill out the bill of materials report according to customer requirement.
∎ Shipment arrangement.
∎ Oversee inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels.
∎ Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components.
∎ Monitor logistics and transportation to optimize delivery timelines.
∎ Help with logistics coordination and tracking shipments.
∎ Follow up on deliveries and update supply chain databases.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management time to time.
