Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Products Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering
∎ University of Dhaka,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the daily checking schedule for Quality check based on Production demand and delivery date to be checked as per standards and SOP
∎ Check colour standard for Leather and Hardware - 100% checking leather, fabric and hardware's standard check and approval
∎ Train all team members of the IMQ on how and what to check - new materials (leather, hardware, PVC, lining, zipper).
∎ Monitor daily attendance and report absenteeism and ensure that number of people required are available from floaters
∎ Assign, monitor and report targets for checking and report defects, efficiency rates to Operational leader for every specific material after checking
∎ Implement corrective measures for areas where checking efficiency is lower than target
∎ Monitor ETZ & Trim Card are prepared on time
∎ Ensure Kaizen is being implemented every month or as and when required
∎ S6S - Ensure that all elements of S6S is followed and the team receives an audit score which is among the top 5 within Ventura
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have will and ability to learn work in Leather Bag Manufacturing Industry.
∎ Must be hard worker and future goal to grow up with the company.
∎ Must have will to stay in Nilphamari/ Sayedpur.
Salary: Negotiable
