Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage stores and inventories and ensure delivery of office supplies as per requisition.
∎ Ensure adequate stock levels of office stationary & canteen supplies
∎ Perform inspection of office premises twice per day to ensure housekeeping and proper admin support.
∎ Prepare monthly office stationary report.
∎ Maintain admin complain register and submit plan for corrective action accordingly.
∎ Collect price quotations before purchase of goods and submit CSP to Manager Admin.
∎ Manage all office assets - furniture, fixtures and equipment and keep their records.
∎ Monitoring office canteen following consign checklist.
∎ Calculate and cross check invoice and clear the party payments on time.
∎ Coordinate with HR on employee engagement events.
∎ Ensure office maintenance work is completed on time.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by admin manager.
Salary: Negotiable
