Responsibilities:

• Edit and prepare ePub files using Sigil

• Replace and import covers created with Canva

• Check and correct the layout of ePub files

• Research and apply keywords using Helium 10 / KDP Rocket

• Upload books to the Bookwire platform

• Complete metadata: title, author name, publisher name, ISBN, categories, keywords, description

• Submit a daily report of the number of books published

• Follow a strict workflow and perform quality checks before submitting each project.

Context:

You will be joining an international digital publishing house that distributes literary classics to a global audience. We are looking for a disciplined, motivated, and meticulous individual who can learn quickly and follow structured procedures.

Comprehensive training will be provided.

Proficiency in French is a valuable asset, though not compulsory for the position.
