Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the rotational plan for clinical placement and accompany students to clinical sites, facilitating liaison with the clinical facilities (hospitals, clinics, medical college).
∎ Select clients for assessment in relation to course objectives, students' goal and level of expertise of students.
∎ Orient students to the clinical sites with fellow preceptors and faculty.
∎ Orient students on formal case presentation format and assist them to present the cases with fellow preceptors and faculty.
∎ Check log books filled by students and assess the competency of students periodically.
∎ Review clinical learning at the end of each shift and assisting students in writing about reflective practice in line with learning objectives.
∎ Maintain computer lab, library and skill labs, prepare skill labs.
∎ Conduct assessment of students' performance and communicating with fellow faculty members.
∎ Conduct session as per routine and do the best of your ability.
∎ Make the students aware of practicing ethics, good behavior, punctuality, moral values etc to emerge as a good human being and professional Midwife.
∎ Take active part in all DMP activities at tanning center or outside like Midwifery Open School, Pop-up fair, various day celebrations
∎ Additional responsibilities may be added if needed for better training/grooming of students and as per the directives of BRACU/ higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Highly analytical with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
∎ Proficient skills in reporting and presentation in English is mandatory.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines under pressure, build consensus and work successfully with diverse stakeholders
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
