∎ Job Description
∎ 01. Greet and welcome patients warmly and visitors with a professional and friendly manner.
∎ 02. Answer and communicate incoming calls from patients for an appointment. Reminds the Appointment schedule of patients
∎ 03. Entry & Record patient profiles in the Data Entry File and transfer to Dental Assistant & Dental Surgeon
∎ 04. Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
∎ 05. Keep track of office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked.Have to open Dental office.
∎ 06 Respond to patients' inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
∎ SN. Sometimes Have to assist dental Surgeon when necessary in treatment procure
∎ Duty time :10:00AM -2:00 PM
∎ 4 Hours duty daily .Friday off.
