Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement Good Warehouse Management Practice at Warehouse for all Pharmaceuticals Materials
∎ Supervise the Marshaling, Receiving and Storing of Incoming materials Physically and in Software with Proper Documentation as per SOP. Prepare and Circulate Report on Receipt Deviation if any.
∎ Liaise with QC & Microbiology to Ensure Timely Sampling and Release of Income Materials.
∎ Ensure Proper Labeling, Storage Condition, Storage Location, Maintain Cleanliness and Safety Measures in Warehouse.
∎ To Maintain Stock Accuracy in Software, Ensure Timely Physical counting and cycle counting.
∎ Liaise with Planning Team and Production Team to Ensure Smooth and Timely Supply of Materials for Dispensing at Shop Floor as per Production Schedule.
∎ Prepare, Review, Implement & Execute all required SOPs for Inventory and Warehouse Management.
∎ Liaise with Maintenance Team to Ensure Best Working Condition of Warehouse Resources
∎ Manage the Materials for Toll Requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good computer literacy in MS excel and Data Analysis.
∎ Experience in operations Excellence/ Effectiveness initiatives will be considered as an additional strength.
