Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality patient care throughout the health system.
∎ Develop and maintain high-quality standards for patient care, safety, and service delivery.Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and execute the health system's strategic plan.
∎ Lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the health system remains competitive and adaptable in the evolving healthcare landscape.
∎ Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage the health system's budget.
∎ Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
∎ Ensure adherence to all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
∎ Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management and quality assurance programs.Lead the health system's response to regulatory audits and inspections.
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, patients, payers, and community organizations.
