Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular check inventory records for accuracy.
∎ keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location
∎ Ensure find, sort, or move goods between different parts of the business
∎ Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
∎ Daily management of the overall material stores and listing the requirement to maintain minimum stock value.
∎ Regular monitoring the material management, availability, minimum stock values.
∎ Quarterly audit of material inventory.
∎ Store Managements, Material inventory & day to day material consumptions, Stock summary & Reports with correct attributes, compilation.
∎ Proper coordinate with accounts depart for raw materials related all update reports.
∎ Material & Purchase requisition with proper justifications along with correct supportive points.
∎ Monthly & Quarterly material consumption report.
∎ Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
∎ Receive all incoming material as per company policy.
∎ To maintain inward and outward registers of stock received.
∎ Check the Raw material as per invoice, Challan & P.O.
∎ Send material for inspection/ensure quality to respective department head.
∎ Issue raw material as per FIFO system
∎ Ability to control issue of actual materials usage over wastage of materials and FIFO & FEFO base.
∎ Hands off experience to execute control on outflow - inflow - stock retake of all materials.
∎ Total focus on Quality Control issue of materials.
∎ To arrange material as per Production plan by coordination with Purchase department.
∎ Provide Raw Materials to Production department as per requirement.
∎ Responsible for Inventory compliance physical v/s Records 100%.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Previous work experience at Raw Materials Store is preferable for the post.
∎ Excellent communication ability both in written & spoken English.
∎ The candidate should be honest, smart & hardworking mentality.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & beyond office hour.
∎ Excellent team player, independent, Can Do attitude, self-motivated & result oriented.
∎ Meticulous, detailed, well organized and able to work to meet deadlines.
∎ Good command over computer, e-mail, internet, report writing, MS office.
