Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Pharm from any recognised University
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibilities include communicating potential customers through mobile or different channels for promoting and selling different prescription services like medicine delivery, test and medical check up services etc
∎ Managing current customer base and ensuring recurrent product delivery and subscription.
∎ Devise specific strategies for larger numbers of customer acquisition.
∎ Process and complete the orders and resolve any issue from the customers.
∎ Ensuring product or service sourcing for the customers.
∎ Manage customer databases and follow the funnelling strategy for higher retention.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum half year experience in the relevant field
∎ Excellent command on Google workspace like docs, sheets, slides, meet etc.
∎ Exceptional social networking & interpersonal skills
∎ Outstanding analytical & problem-solving abilities
∎ Computer Pro?cient & Tech Savvy; should be able to use different digital software & solutions
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Fixed monthly salary.
∎ Salary will be revised at the time of confirmation.
∎ Festival Bonus, Performance Bonus, TA/DA, Mobile Allowance
∎ Yearly increment is done based on performance.
