∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Skills Required: Good at communication, Microsoft Excel, Multi tasking ability, Should have capability to work under pressure

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Logistics Management, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Line manager/ Supervisor to control procedure of new shipment receiving by getting packing list (PL) from Manager. Look after the unloading & inspection process done by the supervisor and also look over the product sorting process which is based on Mid-Class. Stacking products on racks as per Mid-Class.
∎ Product receiving procedures from showroom return, product delivery to the outlets also returnable product from outlets by following approved warehouse policy and line manager instruction.
∎ Assist Line manager/ Supervisor to maintain receiving Challan files, Issue Challan file, Inventory report file, damage report file, Stock reconciliation report file.
∎ Assist other staffs that are directly related with the delivery. Make sure that the pasting of barcode and label are perfect.
∎ Supervise and maintain regular shipment & delivery van (Cross Matching of van & lock number of BOE) product & Furniture from warehouse to store, as per the guidance of Line Manager.
∎ Assist ensuring warehouse inventory are maintained as per company policy and maintain the inventory aligned with the database. Cooperate in inventory process with Audit department.
∎ Assist in making sure all products warehoused, kept and shelved in the right shelves which can be tracked. Unpacked and unloaded later safely and carefully and in most convenient way.
∎ Assist in maintaining furniture delivery as per requisition and further approval from respective department and keep record of all particulars in order.

∎ Age 24 to 30 years
