Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or MBA from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of import documents for bank, C&F, customs bond and other bodies
∎ Ensure handing over relevant documents for transportation of goods and materials to and from ports
∎ Prepare L/C opening documents for bank submission
∎ Handle all commercial operations like, L/C and bank related activities efficiently and effectively
∎ Maintain strong communication and liaison with suppliers, banks, shipping lines, C&F agents, freight forwarders, C&F agents & CFS personnel
∎ Manage online booking submission of shipping lines like Maersk line, Sealant, DAMCO, APL, Expo Freight and other top class forwarders website
∎ Regularly monitor & track various stages of export as well as payment follow-up
∎ Ensure liaison with Government institutions & autonomous bodies i.e. DAE, EPB, financial institutions, BANK, and CCI&E
∎ Prepare documents for cash incentive
∎ Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge about Customs, Bond In-Bond and Ex-Bond and DEDO Office
∎ Must have Knowledge in Cash Incentive
∎ Strong communication skill with Supplier, bank, Freight Forwarder, C&F agents & CFS personnel
∎ Familiar with online booking submission of shipping lines like Maersk line, sealant, DAMCO, APL, Expo Freight and other top class forwarders website
∎ Good communications skills with computer literacy (MS Words, MS Excel and internet browsing and email)
∎ Good in speaking and written English
∎ Well-organized and co-operative
∎ Energetic and enthusiastic
∎ Self-motivated and committed
∎ Honest and sincere
∎ Ability to handle pressure and meet the deadline
